I. General provisions:

For the purposes of these Regulations, a user is any person who views the Website or who places an advertisement, offers a product for sale or makes an offer to buy a product, ie applies for an advertisement (hereinafter: User).

The Services available on the Website may be used by an individual and a user who is able to act.

By starting to use the Service, the User accepts and acknowledges the provisions of these Regulations, as well as the Company's Data Protection Regulations, which are part of these Regulations and shall be interpreted in accordance with its provisions.

With the start of the use of the Service, an online contract is concluded between the User and the Company, which does not qualify as a written contract. The language of the contract is exclusively Hungarian. The online contract is not recorded by the Company, so it is not available after the conclusion of the contract. The conclusion of the online contract is confirmed by the electronically saved advertising data and the data on the Services used.

The Company has the right to amend these Regulations at any time. It informs the Users about the change in the form of a short call on the opening page. After the date of the modification, the User also accepts the modification of the Regulations by using any Service.

The contract between the Company and the User shall be terminated if the advertisement uploaded by the User to the Website is canceled by the User or, in the cases specified in these Regulations, by the Company, or if the User's user account is deleted. The User acknowledges that in case of deleting his user account, the Company is not obliged to store the User's advertisements, he is entitled to delete them at his own discretion.


II. Operator Responsibility:

- The sender or customer of the advertisement is solely responsible for the content of the advertisements, commercials or other materials placed on the GoAds.co.uk pages. The operators of GoAds.co.uk exclude their liability for all damages and disadvantages arising from the materials posted on the GoAds.co.uk pages, including damages caused to third parties. This also applies to advertisements and other materials placed on GoAds.co.uk.

GoAds.co.uk is not responsible for:
- for the correctness, truthfulness or compliance of the information on the pages with the law, or for any infringement or damage caused to a third party by the unlawful content;
- for damage caused by removing illegal content or denying access,
- the suspension of all or part of the service for any reason, even without prior notice, to either visitors or users;
- for possible damages resulting from the complete cessation of operations or changes,
- for errors and damages attributable to other causes beyond its control,
- for any material or moral damage to the user resulting from the use of the services,
- damages resulting from the use of the system,
- for the disruptive manifestation or conduct of any other party, for any infringement, including intellectual property rights. The user uses the services of GoAds.co.uk at his own risk.


III. Prohibited / Illegal Ads, Restrictions

Advertising on GoAds.co.uk is expressly prohibited for products / services the distribution of which is against the law. Such product / service, including:
- dangerous chemicals, in particular any flammable or explosive substances,
- a drug, narcotic, mind-altering substance, or any substance having a similar effect; alcohol other than quality, individual or specialty spirits, - a product stolen or otherwise derived from a criminal offense or placed on the market illegally,
- a counterfeit or falsified product (eg a branded product which may mislead customers as to the origin, quantity, quality, ingredients, performance, usability, repair, maintenance or other important characteristics of the product or service, and information retention)

- a product which helps to indicate a false brand or origin mark,
- a product that, by itself or in any way, infringes the rights of a third party, including, but not limited to, abuse of a trademark, copyright, patent, personality, or right to worship;
- a copied, counterfeit copy of a copyrighted product or any other activity, device, or software that promotes or is capable of infringing copyright;
- human organ, tissue,
- licensed weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnic materials, devices (fireworks), parts and components of such products and devices of particular danger to public safety, the online sale of which is prohibited by law, including, inter alia, devices not subject to a weapons license (throwing star, spring knife, lead stick, rubber stick, boxer, electric shock, viper, nun jacket, gas spray over 20 grams of filler, etc.);
- a security or any other financial instrument with which an investment or investment may be made, except for a clearly identifiable security which no longer constitutes a claim and which is advertised specifically for the purpose of collection;
- credit card, debit card or any other non-transferable cash substitute payment instrument (eg holiday check), except for a clearly identifiable product, instrument that does not have a payment function and is advertised specifically for collection purposes;
- blank letter of guarantee, certificate, certificate and validation label or sticker,
- any product or text which may give rise to hatred, persecution, xenophobia or conflict between nations and nationalities;
- a product, text likely to defame or otherwise violate the rights of one or more persons,
- software that contains a virus, trojan, or other malicious elements,
- activation code, CD key, registration number separate from the original software,
- A decoder card associated with a TV or radio subscription and a device that can be used to illegally decode such broadcasts;
- Designation of websites, FTP servers, or paths to them that contain information that facilitates the creation of, or access to, dangerous, illegal, or non-proprietary material; - username, password to access the online service,
- Invitations to use personal information or email addresses, as well as social networking sites, email services,
- offer any betting or other gambling system or assistance related to its use;
sexual service.


IV. Stay in touch

GoAds.co.uk's customer service receives complaints and user inquiries related to the Service primarily on the online interface provided for this purpose. The customer service answers the consumer complaints and user questions in writing to the e-mail address provided by the User by e-mail. The Operator investigates and answers consumer complaints and user questions immediately, but no later than within the deadline set by the legal provisions for the handling of consumer complaints.


V. Privacy Policy

The confidentiality of the User's personal data is a primary requirement, therefore the Operator does not disclose the User's personal data to third parties. It makes it available to authorities and courts only within the relevant legal framework.

All content on GoAds.co.uk is protected by law! The content of GoAds.co.uk, as the copyright on the database, can only be used with the prior written consent of the Operator!
