CHELSEA THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVES

Upgrade your radiators with the Chelsea Collection TRV — a beautifully crafted thermostatic radiator valve set featuring a traditional crosshead design inspired by period British hardware. Each set includes one thermostatic valve (TRV) and one matching lockshield, sold as a pair with compression fittings for standard 15mm pipework.

The built-in thermostatic head allows you to set and control the temperature of each radiator individually. Once your desired room temperature is reached, the valve automatically reduces the flow of hot water — saving energy and keeping every room at the perfect comfort level without constant manual adjustment. Unlike standard manual valves that only offer on or off control, a TRV lets you dial in precise temperatures for each room, which can make a noticeable difference to your energy bills over a full heating season.

The valve body is constructed from solid brass for reliable, leak-free performance year after year. The Chelsea crosshead design adds elegant, traditional detailing that suits column radiators, cast iron radiators, panel radiators, towel radiators, and most standard UK central heating systems.

Valve Finishes:
Available in Chrome (bright, classic polished), Satin (smooth brushed metallic, fingerprint-resistant), and Antique Brass / Gun Metal (rich, dark heritage-inspired tone with warm undertones).

Valve Orientations:
Available in Angled (the most common type — for pipework approaching the radiator from the wall or floor at an angle) and Corner (for pipework rising vertically from the floor directly beneath the valve inlet). Angled and corner valves are NOT interchangeable — please check your pipework configuration before selecting.

DECORATIVE RADIATOR PIPE COVERS

Complete the look with matching decorative pipe covers that conceal the exposed copper pipework between the floor and the radiator valve. Pipe covers are the finishing detail that separates a standard fitting from a professional, show-home quality result.

Each set includes 2 x 200mm pipe sleeves and 2 x 18mm pipe collars — enough for one radiator (two pipes). The sleeves slide over the copper to hide it completely, while the collars sit at floor level to neatly cover the pipe holes. Installation is tool-free — simply slide them into position after the valves have been fitted. They are designed for standard 15mm copper pipework and are built to match Duraplast UK valve finishes.

Pipe Cover Finishes:
Available in Gun Metal (bold, dark metallic — pairs perfectly with Antique Brass / Gun Metal valves), Brushed Brass (warm golden tone with soft brushed texture), and Bronze (rich, earthy warmth ideal for traditional interiors).

PLEASE NOTE:

Valves use a standard 15mm compression connection; if your pipework is 10mm (microbore), you will need 15mm to 10mm reducer inserts which are sold separately. Pipe covers fit standard 15mm copper pipe (approximately 18mm outer diameter). Professional installation by a qualified plumber or heating engineer is recommended for valve fitting.
