📌 Battery Warranty
We provide a 3-month warranty on the battery only, covering manufacturing faults.
• Battery degradation, reduced battery health, or normal wear over time is not covered under warranty.
🔍 Battery-Related Returns
If a device is returned due to battery performance concerns, our technician will test the battery upon return.
• If battery health is 85% or above, a deduction of up to 20% may be applied to the refund to cover inspection, administration, and handling costs.
⚠️ Please note:
Older models will not perform the same as newer devices. It is normal for refurbished/used phones to require charging at least once or twice daily, depending on usage. Battery performance comparisons with brand-new or latest-generation devices are not valid.
Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons such as slow charging, shorter battery life, or battery performance expectations, as older devices generally have smaller battery capacities and older technology, which is normal and expected when compared to newer or latest devices.

If the return reason is:
• “Changed my mind”
• “Don’t like the device”
• “Ordered by mistake”
A deduction of up to 20% will be applied to cover administrative costs, inspection, testing, and resale preparation.
❌ Returns Not Accepted
Returns will not be accepted for devices that:
• Have been opened, modified, repaired, jailbroken, rooted, or tampered with after sale.
• Are returned with iCloud / Google accounts still linked.
• Are returned with PIN, password, Face ID, or biometric locks enabled.
• Show physical damage, including cracks, scratches, dents, or impact marks caused after delivery.
• Show liquid or moisture damage caused after delivery.

❌ The following are NOT covered by our warranty:
• Any physical damage, including cracks, scratches, dents, or liquid damage.
• Any attempt to modify, repair, jailbreak, or root the device after sale.
• Battery health reduction or normal battery wear.
• Defects caused by incorrect use, misuse, neglect, or incompatible accessories.
• Screen burn or image retention that develops after sale.
